Accessibility
The official Northern Rail’s Website states there is step free access and there are no lifts. We strongly suggest a visit to check the access to be sure it is suitable.
Platform 1 southbound (towards Stockport). Passenger access is via a flight of 41 stairs, accessibility for wheelchair users is via a 25m steep gradient ramp from Egerton Road North.
Platform 2 northbound (towards Manchester). Passenger access is via 43 stairs in the booking hall (when open) and at all times from Tatton Road South accessible via a 60m moderate gradient ramp which has no resting platforms.
Cycle storage Cycle storage is available on both platforms
Self service ticket machine Self-service ticket machines are on both platforms, but for card payments only.
